Tom Hiddleston Interview - Thor, War Horse and The Avengers





Rising British star Tom Hiddleston talks to us on the red carpet at this year's First Light Movie Awards in London. Tom talks about his forthcoming role as Loki the god of mischief in marvel comics big screen blockbuster Thor.

Tom talks about working with Oscar winner Natalie Portman and acting legend Sir Anthony Hopkins on the film. Rumours continue to circulate that Tom's character Loki will also be playing a big part in the forthcoming Avengers movie, which will see all of the best loved marvel superheroes team up.

Tom still can't confirm if he's going to be involved or not though as things keep changing. So he might be booking some last minute flights when production finally starts.

We interview Chronicles of Narnia star Will Poulter on the red carpet at this year's First Light Movie Awards 2011 in London. Will played Eustace Scrubb in The Voyage Of The Dawn Treader. Will became well known for his role in popular British kids film Son Of Rambow before becoming a part of the big screen version of the hugely popular Narnia films.

Harry Potter Wins Children's Film of the Decade



We interview producer David Heyman and actress Clemence Posey who plays Fleur DeLacour, on the red carpet at the First Light Movie Awards 2011. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban won the BAFTA Children's Film of the Decade.

Beautiful star Clemence talks about how it felt to be a part of the much loved Potter series. In particular she talks about being both sad and excited to be part of the final instalment of the Deathly Hallows Part Two.

David Heyman talks about just what this award means to everyone who has worked on the films for the past ten years. As a producer he was the person who negotiated the rights to turn the J.K. Rollings bestselling wizard books into big screen blockbusters, so we have a lot to thank him for.

Both stars express their delight at winning an award voted for by the public and real young people. Harry Potter beat out tough competition from several Pixar films to win the award.

We interview acclaimed director Sir Alan Parker on the red carpet at this year's First Light Movie Awards in London. Sir Alan talks to us about the importance of encouraging and rewarding young creativer talents in the UK.

He also talks about his own considerable experience working with children. Sir Alan directed the classic children's film Bugsy Malone, which is one of few films ever made to feature a cast exclusively of young children. The prohibition era gangster musical starred a young Jodie Foster and Scott Biao has become a well established cult classic.

Sir Alan also direct movies such as Midnight Express, Angela's Ashes, Fame, The Commitments, Angel Heart and Evita.

Dougray Scott talks about his forthcoming roles as Matt Busby and playwright Arthur Miller on the red carept at the First Light Movie Awards 2011 in London.

Skins star Lily Loveless (Naomi) talks to us on the red carpet at the UK Premiere of Anuvahood. Lily who was one half of the popular couple Naomily talks about how lucky she was to be a part of the show and in particular to be a part of something which meant so much to so many people.

Lily talks about her friends from the Skins cast and tells us she's been off on holiday with the twins Kat and Meg. She reveals that all the girls have remained very close since leaving the show.

Lily also talks about being a part of Naomily, with Kat Prescott's character Emily Fitch. Lily admits that she was surprised just how much the relationship meant to people and fans of the show. She thinks that perhaps it's because it's unfortunately still rare to see gay and lesbian relationships portrayed on TV. She's proud to have been a part of Naomily.

Craig talks about the experience of making the film and working with co-stars like Sally Hawkins and Noah Taylor.

Craig also tells us about his next film starring alongside Robert Di Nero and Sigourney Weaver and his recent discovery of the band Arcitc Monkeys. Lead singer Alex Turner wrote much of the soundtrack for Submarine.

Legally Blonde: The Musical was one of the big winners at this year's Olivier Awards held at London's Theatre Royal. Star Sheridan Smith won best actress in a musical and the show won several other awards including best new musical.

We talked to star Alex Gaumond, who was nominated for best actor in a musical for his role as Emmit, the geeky love interest of bubbly blonde lawyer Elle Woods.

Sheridan Smith and Legally Blonde: The Musical proved to be the one of the night's big winners. Lord Of The Dance 3D - Michael Flatley Interview



Irish dancing superstar Michael Flatley talks to us on the red carpet at the UK premiere of the his new 3D movie.

Michael talks about how his young son persuaded him to adapt his smash hit show for the big screen. Michael also speaks emotionally about how he never thought he would recover from the illness and health scares that threatened to end his dancing career.

Michael admits it feels like he's dancing now in extra time and loving every minute of it. He hints at the possibility of new projects in the works and doesn't rule out a return to the stage with a new show and more touring.

Now back to his very best thanks to a demanding training regime and self belief Michael recorded this spectacular 3D performance in front of a live audience in Dublin.

Michael gives an insight into what it feel like when he performs his blistering paced choreography in front of his devoted fans. Finally, he has a special message for all his UK fans and those around the world who have always supported him.

The Eagle UK Premiere



We talk to stars Channing Tatum, Jamie Bell, Tahar Rahim and director Kevin MacDonald on the red carpet at the UK Premiere of The Eagle in London's Leicester Square.

The film is based on the bestselling book The Eagle of the Ninth. Channing Tatum plays a roman soldier who forms an unlikely friendship with a british slave (Jamie Bell) as they set out together beyond Hardian's wall on a quest to find a lost golden Eagle statue and regain their honour and freedom.

Channing talks about the films brutal stunt work and the real life experience of being in the rain drenched Scottish highlands. he also talks about his next project which sees him team up with Jonah Hill for a big screen re-imagining of 21 Jumpstreet , based on the tv series which launched Johnny Depp's career.

Jamie talks about how his dancing and ballet training helped him handsle the films demanding stunts and reveals he had to overcome a major personal fear in order to make the film. he also talks about forthcoming work including the much anticipated Tintin movie being directed by Steven Spielberg.

'A Prophet' star Tahar Rahim plays a vicious barbarian warrior. He talks about the challanges of working with English co-stars and the freezing cold weather. He reveals he's taking a well earned break from acting after a very busy year. He also gives Channing Tatum and Jamie Bell both the thumbs up for being such great guys and a pleasure to work with.

Finally Director Kevin MacDonald (The Last King of Scotland) tells us about his childhood passion for the book and how this is definitely a full on bloody adventure made for grown ups.
